Kids in the neighborhood would get together during the long summer and start a band, practicing in someone's garage. It was the era of the "garage band". Today, the kids are hanging out and working in coffee shops, meeting with other musician types - it is now the era of the "cafe' bands."
The kids at Cafe' Coco have put together a band. And they sound pretty good. You should give them a listen. Seriously. And remember you heard about them here, first.

ReplyDeleteThey are OK, not my style of music though. If you want some really complex music with much talent, listen to some of the Ukrainian black metal bands. Just google Nokturnal Mortum or Kroda.
