I hope the above Russian words mean what I hope they mean - "Welcome."

This blog has been mentioned recently on a website in Moscow. From what I gather, the website concerns Church or Charity activities. And they are encouraging People from Russia to do Missionary work in the U.S.

See, the whole world is concerned. That is a good thing.
